This is the Nokia 6303 classic solution for earpiece speaker problem, if there is no voice can be heard during a call conversation. This may help to fix the problem if you already replace the speaker or confirmed that it is still working.
If the speaker is okay, clean the speaker terminal contact pads on the PCB board. Check the filter coils and ESD protection diodes,.. clean, re-solder it or replace if found damaged.
The earpiece audio signal is coming from the Power management IC. If the procedures above didn't solved the problem, the possible faulty might be the power management IC, re-heating or reworking it might only fix the earpiece speaker problem on your Nokia 6303.
