This a solution for Nokia c3-00 camera hardware failure problem. If the camera doesn't turns on or having problem like showing empty or black screen, this solution may help fix the problem. There are two voltages is used to make the camera works. The VCAM 2.8 and 1.8V. this voltages are feeds from the power IC. So check it first using a multimeter. If the voltages is okay, replace the Camera module assembly. If the voltages is missing, the possible faulty is the power IC.
