If all the LED won't light up, you may first check the battery supply voltage (VBAT) 3.7V on the capacitor showed on the solution above. This voltage needed the LED driver IC to work and able to drive the LED supply voltages.
If there is no voltage reading on that spot, trace the connection line paths across the battery positive terminal and mend a jumper wire on it.
If the voltage reading is okay, you may then try to reheat, rework the LED Driver Chip, or replace if necessary.
